Wild camping on two small sites in Cumbria.
The roofs of non-domestic buildings do not currently benefit from Permitted Development for the installation of wind turbines.
In addition, the safety requirements regarding placing of wind turbine post away from boundaries, roads, over head cables and buildings make this site unsuitable for a large or even medium sized wind turbine.
A small, low voltage turbine such as those used to top up marine batteries will be looked at in due course.
